Goal-based discovery
The homepage asks what the visitor wants to achieve and routes them to the matching collection, so nobody has to know a treatment name to begin.

Visit Live Website ↗Designing a telehealth storefront where a prescription purchase feels clear from the first screen.
Levers Health sells doctor-supervised peptide, weight loss, and longevity treatments online. We designed and built a Shopify storefront that helps people find a treatment by goal, understand how the care process works, and move to checkout without guesswork.

Project overview
The storefront brings together a goal-led homepage, a focused product catalogue, detailed product pages, and a three-step explanation of how treatment works, across desktop and mobile.
Our approach kept the shopping patterns familiar and put the effort into clarity: what each treatment is for, what is included, and what happens after checkout.
The challenge
The store had to work like a normal Shopify shop while carrying information a normal shop does not need. Treatments are unfamiliar to many visitors, a medical intake and doctor review sit behind every order, and product pages must hold dosing options, inclusions, and safety information without burying the purchase action.
UX approach
The experience is organised around the questions a first-time visitor actually has, in the order they tend to ask them.
The homepage asks what the visitor wants to achieve and routes them to the matching collection, so nobody has to know a treatment name to begin.
Checkout and intake, doctor evaluation, and treatment at home are shown as one short sequence, so the path after purchase is visible before it starts.
Key service points sit beside the purchase action on product pages, and a free call is offered throughout for anyone who wants to talk first.
Size options, what is included, ingredients, safety information, and FAQs are structured so detail is available without crowding the page.
Selected work
The homepage, the goal selector, the catalogue, and a product page.

UI and product direction
The visual system pairs a calm navy-and-white base with lifestyle photography and colour-coded product imagery, so the store reads as trustworthy without feeling cold.
Our process
We outlined what a first-time visitor needs to understand before buying and the order in which the store should answer it.
We organised navigation, goal collections, and product listings so treatments can be found by goal or by name.
We defined a product template that holds options, inclusions, safety information, and FAQs around one clear purchase action.
We translated the design into a responsive Shopify storefront using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Execution
The storefront was implemented inside Shopify with responsive layouts and custom frontend styling. The build focused on reusable sections so the homepage, collections, and product pages stay consistent and can be managed by the team.

Impact
The completed storefront gives Levers Health a consistent, credible presence and a shopping journey that explains the treatment, the process, and the next step on every key page.
Closing perspective
The project reinforced that in health e-commerce, clarity is the design. Familiar shopping patterns, plain explanations, and information placed where the decision happens do more for confidence than any amount of decoration.
