Mian Visuals

Redesigning a wedding studio's website so the work sells the story and the booking takes care of itself.

Mian Visuals is a cinematic wedding film and photography studio. We redesigned the site from the ground up in Figma and built it as a React app, with booking enquiries feeding an automated CRM.

A cinematic portfolio with a practical booking journey behind it.

The redesign brings together a full-bleed hero, featured wedding galleries, a storytelling section, side-by-side packages, and a detailed quote form, designed as one system in Figma and built in React.

Our approach let the photography carry the emotion while the interface stayed quiet, clear, and focused on one outcome: a couple getting in touch about their date.

The design and product challenge

The studio needed more than a new look. The site had to present films and photography with a premium, cinematic feel, make packages easy to compare, and connect enquiries to a booking process backed by an automated CRM.

  • The visual direction had to feel cinematic without slowing visitors down.
  • Packages and custom quotes needed to be understood at a glance.
  • The enquiry had to collect the details a booking actually depends on.
  • Bookings needed to flow straight into an automated CRM.

UX focus — from first impression to booking enquiry

The page is structured as a single path: see the work, understand the offer, then ask about a date.

Story first

A full-bleed wedding portrait, a clear headline, and one call to action open the page, followed by featured weddings and a storytelling section.

Packages side by side

Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages sit next to each other with their inclusions listed, alongside a custom quote option for destination weddings.

A structured enquiry

The quote form asks for the date, venue, preferred package, and coverage duration, so each enquiry arrives with the details needed to respond.

Booking into the CRM

Booking enquiries feed an automated CRM, so the studio's bookings are managed in one place.

Design focus — charcoal, soft gold, and room for the photography

The visual language is deliberately restrained: dark and light sections alternate, a single gold accent marks what matters, and images are given the most space.

Colour
A charcoal base with a soft gold accent for calls to action and emphasis, and light sections for content-heavy areas.
Typography
Serif headlines with italic gold accents set an editorial tone, paired with a clean sans-serif for body text and forms.
Imagery
Full-bleed photography, a rounded featured-wedding collage, and portrait crops keep the studio's work at the centre.
Packages
Colour-coded Bronze, Silver, and Gold headers make the three tiers easy to tell apart and compare.

From understanding the problem to a focused product direction.

  1. 01

    Set the visual direction

We defined a cinematic, editorial direction built around the studio's photography, a charcoal and gold palette, and serif headlines.

  2. 02

    Design the site in Figma

We designed every section in Figma, from the hero and galleries to packages, team, blog, testimonials, and the quote form.

  3. 03

    Build the React app

We translated the Figma design into a responsive React application with reusable sections and components.

  4. 04

    Connect bookings to the CRM

We built the booking flow so enquiries feed an automated CRM, ready for the studio to follow up.

Figma to React execution

The project ran from a complete Figma redesign through to a working React application. The build focused on matching the design closely while making bookings and customer management part of the product rather than an afterthought.

  • Complete Figma redesign
  • React application build
  • Booking enquiry flow
  • Automated CRM

One product for presenting the work and managing bookings

The result gives Mian Visuals a site that presents its films and photography with a premium feel, and a booking process that carries an enquiry from the website into the studio's CRM.

  • A cinematic, photography-led redesign
  • Clear, comparable packages
  • A structured booking enquiry
  • Bookings connected to an automated CRM

Designing for the moment a couple decides to enquire

The project reinforced that for a creative studio, the website and the booking process are the same experience. Strong imagery earns attention, but it is the clear offer and the easy next step that turn attention into a conversation.
